Provenance Desk began in Bangkok with a simple observation: many households in Thailand hold years of important paperwork — land documents, insurance papers, keepsakes, notes on family wishes — scattered across drawers, folders, and memory. Families often want this material organised but are unsure where to begin, and unsure who to ask.
We built a practice around cataloguing rather than advising. A trained team sits alongside a household, sorts what is present, labels it clearly, and builds an index the family can return to for years. When conversations turn to wishes or intentions, we offer plain templates and a calm space to talk — always noting that formal legal or financial steps belong with a qualified professional.
