1. Definitions

"Service" means the record cataloguing, documentation workshop, and archive-building services offered by Provenance Desk. "User", "you", or "your" means any individual or household engaging our Service. "We", "us", or "our" means Provenance Desk. "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any specific service arrangements made with you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or your household.

3. Service Description

Provenance Desk provides household document cataloguing, family intentions documentation workshops, and curated family archive packages. Our Service is organisational and educational in nature. We currently operate within the Bangkok metropolitan area; availability outside this area may be limited.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to treat our team with courtesy. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any documents or information you choose to share with us during a session.

You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or to request that we provide legal, financial, or medical advice, which falls outside the scope of what we offer.

5. Intellectual Property

Any templates, cataloguing frameworks, or materials we provide during a session remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal household use only. Documents and records you provide to us remain your property at all times.

6. Payment Terms

Current pricing is published on our Solutions page in Thai Baht (฿) and is confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated when a session is scheduled. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis prior to the scheduled session date.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Our services are delivered as described at the time of booking. Any changes to scope, additional visits, or extended timelines will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding, and may involve an adjusted fee.

8. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not offer legal, financial, or medical advice, and nothing communicated during a session should be treated as such. We encourage you to confirm any formal legal or financial steps with a qualified, licensed professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid for the specific session in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Provenance Desk harmless from claims arising out of inaccurate information you provide or your misuse of any materials or templates we supply.

11. Termination

Either party may cancel a scheduled session with reasonable notice. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of any specific booking.

12. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be addressed through informal discussion; if unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

13. General Provisions

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Provenance Desk regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
